Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of LLMasters Studio and the shops it hosts. The operator is:

For buyers
We are the merchant of record. When you buy from a shop hosted here, your payment contract is with LLMasters Studio, not with the seller. We take the payment, we issue the receipt, and we are who you contact about a refund.
- Prices are shown inclusive of VAT, in the currency of the shop.
- Import charges. Goods shipped from outside the EU may attract import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee. Where these apply and can be calculated, they are included in the price you see before you pay. Where a shop cannot include them, that is stated on the product page before checkout.
- 14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Contact orders@llmasters.com with your order number. Unless stated otherwise you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
For sellers
- You are responsible for what you list, including its legality and the accuracy of its description.
- We take payment from the buyer, deduct the platform fee shown in your dashboard, and release your share on the schedule stated there. A refund before release reduces your share; a refund after release is recovered from your payout account.
- You must not list counterfeit or prohibited goods, make false claims, or use the advertising integrations in breach of the ad platforms’ own policies.
- We may suspend a shop that breaches these terms or exposes buyers to harm.
The service itself
Studio is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for a seller’s lost profit arising from downtime, an ad platform’s decision, or a supplier’s failure to ship. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including a consumer’s statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
