Deleting your data

You can have your data deleted at any time. This page exists because Meta, Google and TikTok require a public instructions URL for apps that connect to them.

If you have a Studio account

Email orders@llmasters.com from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within 72 hours and complete within 30 days.

We delete your account, shops, products, uploaded media and connected-account tokens.

If you bought from a shop we host

Email orders@llmasters.com with your order number. We remove your name, address, email and phone from our systems.

What we must keep

Accounting law requires us to retain invoice records — order number, amount, VAT, date — for seven years. These are retained on a legal-obligation basis and are not used for anything else. Everything not covered by that obligation is deleted.

Disconnecting a social or ads account

Go to Connections in Studio and press Remove. The stored access token is destroyed immediately. You can also revoke our access from the platform’s own settings — on Facebook, under Settings → Business integrations.
